Mold Inspection: $150

Our inspectors are trained in the most current mold sampling protocols, and meet all of the requirements for certified mold inspectors. We visually survey your structure, and perform non-invasive moisture content measurements. We will then provide you with a comprehensive report including the scope of work that needs to be performed, and a list of services and costs to be provided.

Mold Inspection and Sampling: $350.00

Our Inspection and Sampling package includes the mold inspection listed, as well as 2 mold samples, laboratory findings (with a thorough explanation of the results), and if the situation warrants a mold sampling report.

Additional samples can be obtained at an additional cost.
